Lorsque l’opportunité se présente d’utiliser ma créativité musicale pour faire bouger les gens, les sensibiliser à l’importance du mouvement et créer de véritables moments de connexion humaine, c’est un oui instantané.

C’est donc avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme que j’ai accepté l’invitation de la Ville de Québec à titre de DJ pour la toute première édition de Bouge Québec. @bouge.avecestelle

Cet événement a mis en lumière une multitude d’acteurs locaux du bien-être et de l’activité physique : entraînement, yoga, Pilates, bains froids, suppléments, stations de matcha, activités pour les enfants, courses et bien plus encore.

Voir plus de 1 000 personnes se rassembler pour célébrer le mouvement, la santé et la communauté était tout simplement inspirant. Et j’ai le sentiment que ce n’est que le début d’un mouvement qui continuera de grandir à travers le Québec.

Un immense merci à @estelle.rioux , à toute l’équipe de Bouge Québec ainsi qu’au maire de Québec @bruno.marchand.maire pour leur vision et leur engagement à créer des événements qui rassemblent les gens autour du bien-être.

On commence l’été 2026 en force avec une retraite corporative équilibrée entre bien-être, stratégie et cohésion d’équipe avec l’équipe d’Aviseo.

Notre mandat : prendre en charge l’organisation complète de la retraite, bâtir une programmation sur mesure, créer un menu santé et équilibré, trouver un emplacement propice en nature, et mettre en place un diagnostic avant/après accompagné d’un rapport complet en lien avec la Loi 27.

L’objectif : créer une expérience humaine, mesurable et alignée avec les besoins réels des équipes d’aujourd’hui.

For me, handstands are more than a skill — they’re a practice of complete presence.
Connecting to my internal stability muscles, syncing my breath, calming the mind, and trusting the moment upside down.

There’s something powerful about starting a workout inverted — it shifts your perspective, sharpens focus, and sets the tone.
