Connecting to my internal stability muscles, syncing my breath, calming the mind, and trusting the moment upside down.

The feeling? Prime time.

My approach to health and wellness is very long term. Consistency is key. I listen to the language of my body — what it needs shifts from season to season — but the foundation never changes:

Eat whole, nourishing foods.
Quality>quantity
Strengthen your relationships and human connection.
Give back.
Do something greater than yourself.
Love.
Prioritize recovery and sleep.
Hydrate.
Ground your feet, play outside, embrace nature daily.
Do what you love every single day.

And express deep gratitude for each day you get to walk and live on this beautiful earth.

Stay consistent. Show up for yourself.
Each decision is a vote for the person you are and the person you wish to become.
Nourish your light — others will feel it and gravitate toward it.
